In principle, ticket cancellations are excluded by our terms and conditions. If you accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong event, please contact us via a support request or chat directly with Bluu (Chat). We'll then contact the organizer and clarify whether they agree to a ticket cancellation in this case if you buy the right ticket (exchange).

If your preferred payment method doesn't work, please try a different method.

We're currently receiving isolated reports from customers that they don't receive tickets when they pay with Klarna. Unfortunately, there's an error with Klarna / Stripe in the system which causes your booking to not be processed correctly and therefore aborts. Because our system doesn't receive feedback from Klarna, the booking isn't completed. You'll also receive an email directly from Klarna explaining that a technical error has occurred and Klarna will also refund your money. We're working together with Klarna to find a solution. If this error should occur for you, you can currently unfortunately only choose another payment method and buy your tickets. Thank you for your understanding.

In principle, cancellations of ticket purchases are excluded by our terms and conditions. Exceptions are only made for cancelled or postponed events if the organizer agrees to these cancellations. If you want to know whether a cancellation of your tickets is possible, please contact us via the 'Create support request' button or write to our support owl Bluu via WhatsApp.

The organizers communicate in most cases what regulations currently apply to the respective event. In principle, state regulations and official requirements always apply. If you have any questions about this, we ask you to contact the event organizer directly.

If you want to know whether you can attend an event at the age of 16, for example, we recommend that you contact the event organizer directly.

No, NIGHTOWL does not yet offer the possibility to send you your online purchased ticket as a hard ticket by post.

In principle, as already described, non-personalized tickets can be resold or passed on. If you are not sure whether your ticket is personalized or not, simply contact our support. To avoid fake tickets or ticket fraud as much as possible, please note the following tips: 1. Be careful with poor German and English. 2. If possible, take a closer look at the seller's social media profiles. 3. Beware of identity theft. Do not give out private data. Do not send copies of ID etc. if you are asked to do so. Also be careful when providing payment data and when making a payment. 4. For payments and handover via PayPal, for example, insist on payments with buyer protection if necessary. 5. Be careful with prices that are too high. Always compare with the original price of the ticket. 6. For public photos of tickets for sale, e.g. on eBay or Facebook, be sure to black out codes/QR codes/numbers/personal data on the photo of the ticket. 7. For resale/purchase of non-personalized tickets privately, we recommend using https://www.ticketswap.de among other things. However, please check carefully here too before completing a purchase. 8. If the organizer is a customer with us, the official advance sale ('first sale') always and exclusively takes place through us. 9. NIGHTOWL and the organizer assume no liability for resale/purchase or transfer of tickets.

If a competition takes place via our channels and/or those of the organizer, the following should be observed: 1. Our competitions are official and marked accordingly, e.g. with 'advertising partnership'/ 'co-author' etc. 2. When a competition takes place with us, the official ticket pre-sale for an event often (but not always) also takes place through us. 3. From us, as well as from the organizer, there are generally no second accounts related to a competition, unless this has been expressly communicated by us in advance. 4. General caution with poor German and English. 5. Beware of identity theft. Do not send copies of ID etc. if you are asked to do so. We also never need payment data such as credit card data for competitions and never ask for it. 6. We as NIGHTOWL, as well as the organizer, assume no liability if you have nevertheless responded to fake accounts & fake messages regarding competitions.
